Super-Brat #2 is an anthology featuring multiple stories of childhood mischief and mishap. The main story follows a boy who creates chaos at an oil well after his father mentions striking oil will solve their money problems. Another story, "Lil Teevy," depicts a girl's misadventure when she mentions a TV fashion show dinner to her parents, only to have the family's evening disrupted by her antics. A third featured story, "Super-Brat: He Knew What He Wanted," shows a persistent boy at a department store toy department who relentlessly pursues the toy he desires despite the staff's attempts to manage him. The issue also includes the interactive feature "Channel Y-O-U," instructing readers to create their own TV comedy show by cutting and assembling provided character puppets.
