Super-Brat refuses to get a haircut despite his mother's insistence, leading to a series of mischievous adventures throughout his week. In one story, a girl named Stacy receives poor grades on her report card and attempts various schemes to avoid showing it to her parents. The issue also features a story about a boy named Harry who becomes a town hero after inadvertently foiling a bank robbery by talking so much that he disrupts the criminals' getaway, though he subsequently becomes a nuisance by constantly recounting his role in the incident to anyone who will listen.
