Super-Brat #1

A mischievous boy named Ollie Orwell puts on a magical Super-Brat cape that grants him x-ray vision and the ability to fly, causing chaos throughout his neighborhood and town. After causing various disasters—including flying around aimlessly, turning his house around while his parents are inside, flooding the neighborhood with his parents' fish pond, and disrupting a bee hike through downtown—Ollie eventually gets caught and forced to go on a walk with his father. The story concludes with a note about how to meet and influence cats, suggesting Ollie's misadventures continue beyond what is shown.
