Part three of "The Phoenix Gambit" arrives with a cover that puts betrayal front and center: a woman in a purple jacket shakes hands across a table while declaring "Congratulations, Comrade! They're all yours!" — as a red-haired woman in green reacts in shock, armed soldiers close in on all sides, and Batman's silhouette looms ominously through the window.
