Carmine Infantino and Bob Wiacek's cover says it all: a hulking, bare-chested alien warrior looms over a fallen Han Solo, weapons raised, while C-3PO and R2-D2 watch helplessly from the foreground — the caption declaring "Captain Solo is DOOMED, Artoo — and there's NO WAY we can help him!" At just 35 cents, this is a tense, vividly rendered chapter in Marvel's ongoing expansion of the galaxy far, far away.
