Harvey's "tuff little ghost" is up to his usual mischief in this 1965 entry, with Spooky — bowler hat and mischievous grin intact — swooping in to terrorize a poor billboard painter and send a startled dog leaping clean off a rooftop Dog Biscuits advertisement. The cover scene is pure slapstick charm, capturing everything that made Harvey Comics a staple of the era: broad comedy, lively characters, and a ghost who clearly has no intention of behaving himself.
