“Suddenly the Woild is Topsy-Toivy”

Even while tucked in bed with a hot-water bottle and a cold, Spooky the tuff little ghost is still up to his tricks — cranking an old-fashioned gramophone to blast a thunderous "BOO!" that sends a wide-eyed green monster scrambling in terror at the window. It's a wonderfully funny image that captures everything lovable about Harvey's pint-sized phantom: even under the weather, he's absolutely committed to the art of the scare. This 1968 issue promises that kind of cheerful mischief from cover to cover.
