Harvey Comics' self-proclaimed "tuff little ghost" is in fine form on this bright yellow cover, where Spooky — bowler hat in hand — comes swooping in with a mischievous grin astride a giant, cartoonishly expressive red "BOO." It's a wonderfully playful image that captures everything charming about the character: equal parts attitude and absurdity. At just 12 cents in 1965, this issue is a cheerful slice of Harvey's signature all-ages humor.
