Harvey's "tuff little ghost" is at it again, and this 1968 issue captures Spooky mid-startle as he confronts a wide-eyed, bespectacled man in a yellow shirt and a young girl with flowers in her hair — both looking thoroughly unnerved against a bright magenta background.
