Harvey's "tuff little ghost" is in fine form on this cheerful 1969 cover, where a startled Spooky looks on as a blue bird snatches his beloved bowler hat right off and goes flapping away with it. The bright yellow background and lively cartoon energy make this one of those covers that practically bounces off the shelf, and with a story titled "At the Art Museum" waiting inside, there's plenty of mischief ahead for twelve cents.
