Spooky Spooktown #10

This Giant-Size Harvey Comics offering finds Spooky the Tuff Little Ghost in a colorful whirlwind of enchanted footwear — the cover for "The Dancing Shoes" shows him surrounded by animated shoes of every style, all apparently moving on their own while stars fly around a very flustered little ghost. The side panel also teases appearances by Ima Witch, Ooga Ogre, Casper, and Wendy, making this 1964 issue a cheerful anthology packed with familiar Harvey favorites. At just 25 cents, it's a delightful snapshot of Harvey's lighthearted humor comics at their most playful.
