Sonic Universe #19

Sonic Universe #19 brings Part 3 of "The Tails Adventure" four-part saga, and the cover — penciled and inked by Tracy Yardley — makes it clear that Tails isn't the only one stealing the spotlight. A regal, uniformed Antoine strikes a commanding pose atop what appears to be a watercraft, pointing dramatically into the distance with a small green snake coiled in his other hand, while a bemused Tails looks on from below — all punctuated by the cover's own self-aware gag: "It may be the Tails Adventure… but don't tell that to Antoine!" It's a genuinely charming setup that balances action and humor, making this 2010 Archie Comics issue a fun chapter in the Sonic Universe lineup.
