“Siege Embedded [Part Two]”

In "Siege Embedded [Part Two]," Todd Keller’s interview with the Iron Patriot takes a chilling turn when he realizes the man in the suit isn’t who he claims to be. Meanwhile, Ben and Will face a deadly ambush in Oklahoma, where a surprise passenger—Volstagg—turns the tide against H.A.M.M.E.R. agents on goblin gliders, leading to a high-stakes escape from Tinker Air Force Base. Written by Brian Reed and illustrated by Chris Samnee with colors by Matthew Wilson, the issue’s cover by Adi Granov captures the tension of a world on edge.

Todd Keller interviews the Iron Patriot concerning the upcoming invasion of Asgard but discovers he is talking to a robot because Norman Osborn is too busy to meet with him. Ben and Will run into a roadblock in Oklahoma and are attacked by H.A.M.M.E.R. agents on goblin gliders, who discover that Volstagg is their passenger. Volstagg battles the agents by appropriating a goblin glider of his own and taking the fight to the air. Ben and Will are arrested and taken to Tinker Air Force base but manage to escape captivity.
