“Siege Embedded [Part One]”

In "Siege Embedded [Part One]," political commentator Todd Keller is recruited by H.A.M.M.E.R. to serve as Norman Osborn’s media face ahead of the Siege of Asgard, while journalist Ben Urich and his old friend, news cameraman Will Stern, stumble upon a shocking sight—Volstagg, the Norse god, walking the streets of Chicago. As they piece together the truth behind the destruction of Soldier Field, the trio sets off for Broxton, Oklahoma, where the real story begins. Written by Brian Reed and illustrated by Chris Samnee with colors by Matthew Wilson, the issue’s cover by Adi Granov captures the tension of a world on edge.
