Runaways #16 brings Brian K. Vaughan and Adrian Alphona's third chapter of "Parental Guidance" to life, with a striking cover by Marcos Martín that arranges the young team in a tense, dynamic cluster — a central figure in a school skirt wielding a ring-shaped weapon, a silhouetted figure crackling with lightning atop what appears to be their frog-like ship, a figure in yellow and blue at the ready, and a smaller character alongside a looming robotic presence with a glowing red eye.
