In "The Return of Kulan Gath Part Six: The Fall," Red Sonja faces off against the warrior Borat-Na Fori in a brutal clash, only to see the ancient god Kaleval intervene—only for the dark deity to kill him and devour his heart. With Borat-Na Fori dead, the sacrifice tears open a rift, summoning the dreaded Kulan Gath to Earth. As the evil sorcerer arrives, Sonja and her allies race to escape the unfolding doom.

In "The Return of Kulan Gath Part Seven: Sacrifice For a God," Sonja and her companions flee the relentless Hunter, escaping on a boat that carries them through a hidden underground river to a forgotten, enigmatic land. As Kulan Gath's dark influence spreads and his forces grow, the fate of the Goddess hangs in the balance—captured, her power now a weapon in his hands.
