Punisher #4

From the Marvel Edge imprint comes this 1996 showdown with a cover by Tom Lyle and Chris Ivy that says it all: Daredevil leaps triumphantly overhead while below him, the scarred and menacing Jigsaw faces off against what appears to be his double, two snarling faces nearly nose-to-nose in a tense confrontation. Titled "Clash," this issue of Daredevil and the Punisher promises exactly the kind of gritty street-level tension that defined the Marvel Edge line, with John Ostrander writing and Tom Lyle on interior art. If Jigsaw is involved, things are never simple — and that "VS…" badge on the cover suggests the complications are just getting started.
