When they discover the agent has hidden stolen diamonds in his cattle's hooves, Plastic Man uncovers a smuggling operation where the agent was stashing stones in the herd until he could make his getaway. After apprehending the criminals with a lasso-like capture using his elastic powers, Plastic Man and Woozy recover the evidence and solve the case.
