“Dog Dame Afternoon!”

In "Dog Dame Afternoon!", Peter Porker, the Spectacular Spider-Ham, swings into action when a giant mechanical wolf terrorizes the city, forcing the interns to send him on a high-stakes photo shoot. With art by Art Nichols and inks by Vince Colletta, this 1986 adventure sees Spider-Ham confront the mysterious Dragon-Lassy, who’s behind the robot—only to transform the beast into a sheep-robot and earn a surprise kiss from Joan Collie before rescuing Jonah, whose capture leads to a shocking revelation. The cover by Joe Albelo captures the chaos in bold, dynamic lines.
