Part two of the "Spyral" arc ratchets up the tension with a striking cover by Javier Fernández and Chris Sotomayor: a cold-eyed, long-haired gunman dominates the foreground, dual pistols at the ready, while Nightwing crouches in fighting stance below him and a dark-haired woman in a tactical suit leaps into action behind them all — the looming Spyral emblem watching over everything. The bold tagline "Marked for Death by Agent 1!" makes clear that Dick Grayson and his allies are squarely in the crosshairs this issue. It's a taut, spy-thriller composition that makes this 2017 DC Universe Rebirth chapter hard to pass up.
