This anthology issue contains three stories: "Uncle Sam" by Wm. Fisner depicts saboteurs destroying buildings and infrastructure in a wartime tale of espionage and destruction. "Kid Dixon" by Bob Reynolds follows a young boxer named Joey McGraw who has signed a contract to fight, with his mother and McGraw's managers becoming involved in the plot.
