“Today I Am a Man!”

In "Today I Am a Man!", a desperate man and his girlfriend gamble everything on a Gypsy’s promise of immortality, trading a fortune earned through crime for a secret that changes everything. Al Luster’s striking art brings to life a tale of ambition, betrayal, and the terrifying cost of power, as the line between life and death blurs in a single, shocking moment. The cover by Bill Everett captures the story’s eerie, high-stakes tension in bold, dramatic lines.
