“I Live Again!”

In "I Live Again!", a gifted American comic artist is thrust into a surreal adventure when magic paints grant him the power to bring his drawings to life. Forced to obey an Aztec priest’s command to paint a monstrous creature in Mexico, he finds himself in a battle of wills when ordered to create more. With a twist of ingenuity and nerve, he turns the tide by painting a counter-monster, sparking a clash that collapses the temple and ends the priest’s reign of chaos. Written by Stan Lee and Larry Lieber, with bold artwork by Jack Kirby and inks by Steve Ditko, and featuring a striking cover by Steve Ditko, this 1994 Marvel classic blends myth, art, and imagination in a story that’s as vivid as the paints themselves.

An American comic book artist is given magic paints which make whatever is painted with them real. He is compelled to go to Mexico and paint a monster as planned by the Aztec priest who gave him the paints. When he is ordered to paint more monsters, the artist uses his willpower to make his next monster fight the first, causing the temple to collapse on both monsters, giving the priest amnesia and ending his threat.
