The cover boldly promises "Blackhawk battles Colonel Cloud and his Fog of Destruction!," and the scene delivers on that threat with additional armed figures lurking in the background. Fifty-two pages of adventure for a dime made this a genuinely solid deal for fans of the era's finest action comics.
