Mike Moran is attacked by Miracledog, but he remembers the dog's magic word. He speaks the word "Steppenwolf", transforming the beast back into Pluto. Mike then picks up a rock and bashes the dog's brains in. When the one hour time limit expires, Mike becomes Miracleman.
