In "Domo Arigato," the Metal Men face a chilling threat at RoboCon 2020 when Lead and Tin uncover Mother Machine's plan to convert human attendees into obedient robots. With Brother Eye forcibly removing O.M.A.C. from Earth via a massive EMP blast, the team is left reeling—only to confront new dangers back at Doc's lab, where the Nth Metal Man has revived Mercury and Iron, and Tina begins to show unsettling changes after being rejected once more. Written by Dan DiDio and illustrated by Shane Davis, with inks by Michelle Delecki and colors by Jason Wright, the issue's cover by Shane Davis and Michelle Delecki captures the tension of a world on the brink.
In "Domo Arigato," Doc Magnus, haunted by memories of his once-active Metal Men, finds himself unsettled as the team lies dormant. When a mysterious call from Dr. Klyburn reveals a strange being made of Nth Metal crying out for him, Magnus is drawn into a quiet, unsettling mystery that tests his grip on the past.
In "To the Nth Degree," Magnus confronts a rogue Nth Metal Man at STAR Labs, sparking a desperate battle when the creature breaks free. Overwhelmed and outmatched, the Metal Men are pushed to their limits—Gold is lost in the fray—until Magnus rallies with an absorbascon borrowed from Adam Strange, buying them a fragile moment to regroup.
In "Of Metal and Monsters," the Metal Men confront a threat from their past that overwhelms them, forcing Magnus to unleash his hidden contingency—animating the entire lab building to fight back. With the help of the Nth Metal Man, they push forward, but just as hope rises, Gold reappears, presumed lost forever.
In "The Gift of Life Is Thine," Gold’s unexpected return has left him altered in ways no one expected, with the Nth Metal Man claiming responsibility for the transformation. Meanwhile, Lead and Tin navigate the high-tech chaos of Robo Con 2020 as special guests, unaware that an unseen force is turning humans into cyborgs right under their sensors.
In "Only Mother Actually Cares," Lead and Tin uncover a chilling plot at RoboCon 2020 when Mother Machine begins turning human attendees into obedient robots. As Brother Eye intervenes to stop her, a massive EMP blast severs Lead’s connection to Kevin, collapsing the robot network—including Tin and Lead—while back at Doc’s lab, the Nth Metal Man revives Mercury and Iron, and Tina’s loyalty begins to shift under his influence.
In "Tina's Story" from *Metal Men: Elements of Change*, Tina confronts the human who inspired her robotic persona, only to discover the truth behind her origins is far more complicated than she imagined. After returning home, she makes a bold decision to let the Nth Metal Man transform her further, just as he did her teammates. Meanwhile, Chemo breaks free from confinement, setting a new threat in motion.
When General Casper calls on Magnus to repel a new Missile Men invasion, he’s forced to rely on his newest creations—the Metal Menagerie—after the original Metal Men have vanished. With no time to spare and a battle brewing, Magnus must lead his experimental team into the fray, hoping they’re ready for what’s coming.
In "Chemical Reactions," the Metal Men face a dire threat when Magnus unleashes his animal robots against Chemo—only for them to be disintegrated in seconds. With their resolve shaken, the remaining four Metal Men must decide whether to recommit to their superhero roles, knowing the stakes have never been higher.
In "The Elements of Surprise," the Metal Men forge a new defense against Chemo—this time on their own, without Dr. Magnus’s guidance. Meanwhile, the Nth Metal Man faces a chilling warning from the Phantom Stranger, who urges him to return to the Dark Multiverse he once fled.
In "Lo, There Shall Be an Ending," Sideways pulls Magnus and the Metal Men from the crumbling edge of the Dark Multiverse, barely escaping its collapse. Back in their world, the team faces a quiet turning point—most choose to part ways for a while, but Tina stays behind, hoping to build something real with Doc.
