Master Comics #125 is a delightful showcase of Fawcett's storytelling range, with Captain Marvel Jr. himself holding up preview panels of the issue's adventures — including his own tussle in "The Bed of Mystery," Nyoka the Jungle Girl facing missing pink elephants, Tom Mix caught up in a two-way crime, and the comedy duo Ozzie and Babs on the tennis court. Kurt Schaffenberger's cover art gives the whole thing an energetic, almost theatrical charm, letting Cap Jr. play ringmaster to the anthology's varied cast.
