Al Milgrom and Joe Rubinstein's cover captures both heroes mid-action in a crumbling environment, Spider-Man crouching defensively while Hawkeye draws his bow with visible urgency, suggesting whatever Mister Fear has unleashed is pushing these two to their limits.
