In "Prisioneiros de Guerra," the heroes and villains clash in their first major battle of the Secret War, ending with the heroes capturing the villains. While the villains are detained, Destiny seizes the moment to infiltrate their base and resurrect Ultron to serve his new design. When the remaining villains return, they find Destiny waiting—and reluctantly accept him as their leader. Meanwhile, the heroes discover a hidden base only to be ambushed by Magneto, who escapes with the Wasp. In a sudden twist, the Thing reverts back to his human form, Ben Grimm.

In "Tempestade Externa, Crise Interna!", as a storm rages across the Battle World, the Vespa closes in on her captor, Magneto, while the Hulk grapples with growing fears of his own fading mind. As the Spider-Man overhears the X-Men plotting to join Magneto, Xavier erases his memory—just as Destiny, sensing the tide turning, crafts two new allies for the coming war. With strength waning and the dawn revealing a vulnerable stronghold, Thor awakens Enchantress, and the heroes are caught off guard by a sudden, overwhelming assault.

In "Situação: Desesperada!", the heroes are crushed in battle, their base destroyed and allies taken. With the villains triumphant and the odds stacked, the Homem-Molecular tries to prove himself by toppling a mountain—only to be met with a shocking return from Thor and the Encantor. As the X-Men join forces with Magneto and the Vespa seizes a moment to break free, the Tocha and Capitão Marvel channel their powers through Homem de Ferro to blast through the wreckage. Forced to flee, they find refuge in an alien village where a mysterious woman begins to heal their wounds—unaware that their sanctuary lies directly under the gaze of Galactus.

In "A Batalha dos Quatro Exércitos!", as Galactus' massive home ship descends upon Earth, every faction—heroes and villains alike—races to seize control or survive the inevitable. Torch forms an unexpected bond with the enigmatic Zsaji, while the Wrecking Crew targets Molecule Man and Volcana in the chaos. The Enchantress attempts to sway Doom, and both Mr. Fantastic and Magneto learn the hard way that provoking Galactus is a dangerous game. Amid the escalating conflict, the X-Men arrive to turn the tide, but not before Colossus is gravely injured and touched by the healer Zsaji. Meanwhile, Dr. Doom slips aboard the alien vessel, driven by his own mysterious agenda.

In "Uma Pequena Morte...", Galactus begins assembling his gear as the Vespa crash-lands in a swamp, where she encounters the Lizard. Meanwhile, Dr. Doom discovers Klaw aboard Galactus’s ship and sends him to deliver a message to the villains.

In "Berserker!", the heroes face a shocking new threat when the latest Spider-Woman arrives with a dire warning. Before they can react, the Destroyer and his allies unleash a brutal attack, hurling the lifeless body of the Wasp at the team—leaving Zsaji powerless to save her.
