Iron Man besiegt Ultimo, indem er den monströsen Androiden dazu bringt, einen längst erloschenen Vulkan wieder auszubrechen. Der Mandarin glaubt, dass Tony Stark tot ist, und schwört, dass Ultimo wieder leben wird.
