Marvel Fanfare #21
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeMarvel Fanfare #21 brings together one of the Marvel Universe's most striking trios on a cover penciled by Jim Starlin and inked by Al Milgrom: Doctor Strange stands front and center, arms raised as crackling magical energy spirals around him, while the grimacing faces of the Thing and the Hulk loom large on either side — with an ornate, smoke-billowing cauldron adding an air of mystical menace at his feet. The composition has a ceremonial grandeur to it, Strange commanding the scene with unmistakable authority between two of Marvel's most powerful bruisers. It's a visually compelling package from 1985 that showcases Starlin's confident, dynamic linework at its best.
