The New Genix team have been reared in isolation by the Fortress, and mistakenly believe they live in the year 3065 AD, and that all super-heroes on Earth were wiped out in an event called the Horizon Wars by Blood-Soldiers. New Genix has to take down a Blood-Soldier in a training exercise, although unknown to them, the Blood-Soldier is being controlled by Steel Raven.
