Ka-Zar "rescues" Queen Leanne of Lemuria from the Swamp Men, but discovers she is pregnant. The Lemurians reject her, and as she gives birth to a daughter, she is killed. Ka-Zar hands over the baby to the Swamp Men to raise her, so that Queen Leanne's legacy will live on.
