Queen Leanne

Royalty has a way of making an impression even in brief appearances, and Queen Leanne is no exception — a Bronze Age Marvel creation who stepped onto the page in 1983, brought to life by Mike Carlin and Ron Frenz in the pages of Ka-Zar the Savage. Her small but select catalog of appearances places her in genuinely distinguished company, sharing adventures with the likes of Ka-Zar, Shanna O'Hara Plunder, Wolverine, and Storm across titles including Magik (Illyana and Storm Limited Series) and Marvel Comics Presents. Three appearances may be a compact reign, but when your court includes some of Marvel's most iconic Bronze Age figures, every panel counts.
