John Ostrander and Doug Mahnke's 2000 run on this series continues with "Double Stuff," and Tom Mandrake's cover sets a striking tone — a massively powerful Martian Manhunter looms over two downed figures in yellow-and-orange costumes, clutching what appears to be a small object in one hand against a backdrop of stacked, ring-like debris. The subtitle "Revelations" hints that whatever J'onn J'onzz has uncovered may have come at a steep cost to those at his feet.
