The second chapter of the "Rings of Saturn" arc arrives in this January 2000 installment, with Tom Mandrake's cover putting J'onn J'onzz front and center — cape billowing, red eyes blazing, surging forward with unmistakable purpose. Below him, a heavily armored alien gunman unleashes a burst of brilliant orange energy, while robotic figures and a grotesque creature crowd the foreground, making it clear the Martian Manhunter is outnumbered but hardly outmatched.
