Buzzy Rabbit gets roped into racing Taffy Turtle when Witty Fox and Solly Squirrel decide to settle their argument over who should be mayor through a contest—the winner of the race claims the title. Buzzy's distracted by carrots and a nap along the way, but Taffy has her own surprises up her shell, leading to a finish that leaves Witty Fox thoroughly outsmarted in this clever little woodland showdown.
