# Marmaduke Mouse #34 The main Marmaduke Mouse story follows the character as he becomes an engineer on a royal train trip after King Louie appoints him to the position. When Marmaduke proves unable to handle the job and the train breaks down, King Louie becomes frustrated with him, leading to Marmaduke fleeing the kingdom. The issue also features "Prince Pinky and Pudd," in which the young prince attempts to go hunting with a rifle and bow after receiving them as birthday gifts, but his companions try to dissuade him from the expedition, ultimately proposing a circus trapeze act instead as a new form of entertainment to earn money for the kingdom.
