“Part 3: If the Jackboot Fits...!”

In "Part 3: If the Jackboot Fits...!", Lobo’s latest attempt at redemption takes a bizarre turn when he’s reincarnated as a woman during World War II, only to be killed again after a brief clash with General Glory. Written by Keith Giffen and Alan Grant, with art by Keith Giffen and Simon Bisley, this wild ride sees Lobo reborn as an albino squirrel—only to be snuffed out once more by the ever-inept Loo and his brother Feces. Cover by Sam Kieth, this 1992 DC classic is a gloriously absurd chapter in the Main Man’s eternal cycle of violence and second chances.

Lobo has been reincarnated as a woman and shunted back in time to where World War II is going on around him. After a brief encounter with General Glory, he lets himself be killed again so he can return to Heaven and demand to be reincarnated in his old familiar body. Due to a clerical error, he is reincarnated as an albino squirrel and promptly killed once again by the evil villains who killed him the first time, Loo and his brother Feces. Returning to Heaven for the third time, the Main Man lovingly asks the powers that be to kindly return him to his original form in his proper time.
