A massive, snarling werewolf-like beast dominates the cover of Killadelphia #20, its yellow eyes burning with menace against a storm of dark, slashing brushwork — and perched atop it, an eerie silhouetted figure in a heart-print dress stares down with glowing eyes of her own. The contrast between the hulking creature and the small, unsettling figure above it makes for a genuinely haunting composition.
