Rodney Barnes and Jason Shawn Alexander's Killadelphia continues its dark, ambitious run with issue #19, and this cover captures the series' unsettling scope beautifully. A portrait-style George Washington looms at the center, surrounded by jagged, torn-paper fragments revealing a snarling black wolf, lurking werewolf figures, a human skull, and shadowy enslaved figures — a haunting collage that layers American history against supernatural horror. Luis NCT's coloring ties it all together in deep reds and blacks, making this one of the more visually striking covers the series has produced.
