Killadelphia continues to deliver some of the most striking horror imagery in comics, and issue #21 is no exception. The cover — rendered by Rodney Barnes, Jason Shawn Alexander, and Luis NCT — presents a regal, unsettling woman adorned with a golden collar, a skull pendant, and a small crown, her blank eyes radiating cold power as she cradles a severed vampiric head with chilling composure.
