When Kaänga aids in raising the wreckage, he ensures their fate is sealed by the swamp’s hidden predators. Meanwhile, Ann, who survived the crash, refuses to confront the past, burning the passenger manifest without a glance.
In the heart of the jungle, the witch Salome deceives the rajah with promises of youth, but Kaänga is determined to unmask her. When Ann steps forward to expose the fraud, she’s captured and tortured—until Kaänga arrives to rescue her and end Salome’s reign of fear.
