# Kaänga #8 "The Congo Kill-Cry" features Kaänga and his companion Ann confronting a hostile Congo tribe and their powerful chief. After a conflict involving the tribe's drums and warriors, Kaänga must retrieve stolen cargo while navigating rival tribal politics and territorial dangers, ultimately deciding to transport the cargo overland rather than risk the river route. "King Solomon's Treasure" is also featured in this issue as a secondary story.
