In this 1946 Jungle Comics tale, Simba, the king of the beasts, steps in to protect a regal vulture from a pack of jackals and gorillas—only to find himself betrayed when the bird steals one of his cubs. The story unfolds with tense loyalty and sudden betrayal, as Simba’s instinct to defend the vulnerable collides with the harsh realities of survival in the wild.
In "null," a white slaver pretends to be a priest of Ruki, using the guise of ritual to seize victims and sell them into slavery. When Wambi is taken, he calls on the animals in the slavers’ camp to rise against their captors.
