With the help of Martian Manhunter and Green Arrow, they race to a hidden alien burial site in northern Ontario, while on Moose Factory Island, teen Miiyahbin Marten is attacked and transformed into Equinox. Meanwhile, far beyond Earth, Alanna is freed from captivity by Lobo—only to discover Hawkman was imprisoned beside her.

Meanwhile, the Justice League fights a colossal creature in the frozen wilds of northern Ontario, while Adam Strange uncovers a mysterious flight suit—just as the entire team is suddenly whisked away to the distant world of Rann.
