As Red Tornado prepares to have his soul transferred into yet another new robot body, he proposes to Kathy. Batman has gathered together Dr. Niles Caulder, Dr. Will Magnus, and John Henry Irons to aid in building a new robot frame for the Tornado. Zatanna is there to aid in the Tornado's soul transference. Vixen confides with the Bronze Tiger about her powers, and he convinces her to come clean about her situation to her teammates. She does so and gets kicked off the team. Just then, Amazo reawakens in Red Tornado's old body and transfers his consciousness into the Tornado's new body.
