Jughead's Double Digest #73
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeJughead's alibi game is clearly on point in this cheerful 2001 digest, where the cover by Rex Lindsey shows a tearful, blubbering principal dabbing his eyes as Jughead — crowned with his signature beanie — delivers what must be a masterfully absurd excuse, while Archie and Betty look on in amused disbelief from the background. The speech bubbles say it all: "Nobody alibies like Jughead!" and "...and THAT'S why I was late!" — promising the kind of fast-talking, food-fueled comedy that makes Riverdale's favorite layabout so endearing. Packed with stories including "Food for Thought," this digest is a satisfying serving of classic Archie humor.
