Jughead and Archie Double Digest #10
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeIn "The Feast and the Furious," Archie and Reggie face off in a surreal session at the school psychiatrist’s office, where a series of odd tests reveal more than just inkblots. When Archie tries to analyze Jughead’s dreams and puts Moose through a block-sorting challenge, things take a chaotic turn—leading to a surprise kiss, a shocked Moose, and a cannon that’s definitely not meant for students. Art by Tom Moore brings the absurdity to life, while the cover by Bill Galvan and Bob Smith captures the madness in bold, playful detail.
In "Thrills & Chills," Riverdale is plunged into an unexpected freeze when the enigmatic Jackie Frost returns, demanding a kiss from Jughead as the price to end the icy chill gripping the town. With the temperature dropping and the whole community on edge, Jughead must decide how far he’s willing to go—especially when the stakes involve a girl who’s as unpredictable as the winter storm she’s brought with her.
In "Pet Peeved," Reggie’s pride in his new mynah bird—once a comedian’s pet and now a master of sarcastic insults—quickly turns sour when the bird starts targeting him with its sharp wit. What began as a joke about the bird’s funny lines soon becomes a one-way stream of roasting that leaves Reggie scrambling to keep up.
When Mr. Lodge suggests Archie host a party as a fun change of pace, Archie jumps at the chance—without checking with his parents first. Now he’s caught between his own enthusiasm and the looming question of whether his house will be his or theirs by the time the guests arrive.
In "Don't Robot In," Jughead's latest gadget—a tiny remote-controlled robot—sparks a prank that spirals out of control when Reggie dons a life-sized Jughead costume to mimic it. As the robot "attacks" Betty and Veronica with surprise kisses, the chaos reaches its peak when Moose steps in to stop Reggie’s next move—though not before the whole gang is caught off guard.
Jughead’s off-key singing lands him in a series of escalating misadventures when Professor Flootsnoot shunts him from choir to gym class, only to have Coach Kleats send him right back—then the principal himself steps in, and Jughead’s musical misfortune isn’t over yet.
When Archie accidentally loses Veronica’s new puppy, he panics—until a quick trip to the pet store offers a convenient fix. He buys a replacement, relieved that Veronica never notices the switch… until the truth starts to bark back.
In "Peg O' My Heart," Archie’s attempt to decode Jughead’s dreams and test Moose’s spatial reasoning leads to a chain of misunderstandings that spiral hilariously out of control. When Moose’s block puzzle fails, Archie’s suggestion to give Midge the silent treatment backfires in the most explosive way possible—culminating in a cannon launch that’s as sudden as it is unforgettable.
When a sudden blizzard traps Jughead indoors, his mom sends him out on a grocery run—armed only with a trusty dog and a barrel of root beer tied around Hot Dog’s neck like a living delivery system. It’s a snowy mission of epic proportions, where hunger, cold, and a very determined mutt collide.
In "On Demand," Jughead creates a coupon book of chores for his mom, only to have it stolen by Reggie, who turns the list into a town-wide hustle. Suddenly, every kid in Riverdale is demanding favors from Jughead, turning his life into a nonstop grind.
