In "The Agent," Jughead’s latest scheme takes a surprising turn when Reggie sells him a worn horseshoe with a tall tale attached. Believing it’s a lucky charm with real value, Jughead’s quick thinking and a little deception lead to an unexpected profit—though the horseshoe’s true worth remains as questionable as ever. Bill Vigoda’s art, inked by Rudy Lapick and colored by Barry Grossman, brings the classic Archie charm to life, while Dan DeCarlo’s cover captures the moment with his signature flair.
In "The Agent," Jughead finds himself reluctantly playing diplomat when he’s sent to a sorority house to book a gig for The Archies—much to his dismay, since he’s not exactly a fan of girls. His attempts to get the job done while enduring the social scene are as awkward as they are hilarious.
In "The Horse-Laugh," Reggie spins a tall tale about an old horseshoe being a lucky charm, convincing Jughead to sell it. When Jughead hears it might be worth something, he tries to buy it back—only to find Reggie’s been playing him all along, turning a quick profit on a truly worthless trinket.
